problem pretty much as it says in the topic.
Problem: Knowledge Base displays only source (html) code when editing an article.
Editing screen doesn’t show any of the formatting buttons.
Editing text area shows plain text html tags.
(Knowledge Base preferences for Features of the editor are set to ‘everything’,
but the same happens on ‘regular’ and ‘simple’)
Steps to reproduce:
- upgrade to Firefox 17.0, from 16.02 (IIRC) (on Windows 7 SP1 64bit, Windows XP Pro SP3 32bit)
- go to Knowledge Base application, select an existing article and edit it
(www.host/egroupware/index.php?menuaction=phpbrain.uikb.edit_article&art_id=%yourarticle%)
I sense some problem with ff’s javascript (Google Chrome doesn’t have that problem).
(but maybe it’s something security related in which case maybe egw needs to adapt, rather
than ff ?)
