[eGroupWare-developers] disable a tab in a template

Hi,
Is it possible to disable a tab in a template?
Let’s say I have a number of tabs, general|custom|alternative|extra
How do I not show the “extra” tab for specific cases?

From my understanding, $readonlys is only for variables (or elements
within a template). Is there something similar to this for templates?

The quoted code below is PHP, not javascript. It is possible to
disable a tab with Javascript, but you’re on your own for that.

$tabs = ‘general|custom|alternative|extra’;
if($condition) {
$readonlys[$tabs][‘extra’] = True;
}

will hide the extra tab.
