hi I have been using egroupware for a few years but I have more and more difficulties in synchronizing data between the various applications.
I find the egroupware project a beautiful project but integration and synchronization are impossible.

I propose to make egroupware integrable with zapier as well as other pm can be integrated. I believe this could help many users to choose egroupware while also increasing the community of code contributors.

I find it really very difficult to integrate crm, erp and other applications with egroupware applications that today become more and more essential in a modern company.

Greetings

PS.: during registration I noticed that the mail confirmation link leads to the “bad csfr” message due to the fact that the link is http:// instead of https://

Hi Bono.

Thank you for your suggestion.

There are several such integration tools that would be interesting. But which ones should we take care of and, above all, how do we finance the developers who would be necessary for this?

We will discuss the topic again internally.

We have recently created a REST API for contacts:

Customer request/project…

If you have concrete tasks let us know. Then we will see what we can do.

Why did you actually re-register? You already had a user in the forum.

I cannot understand that. Can you please show me this in more detail. Please also send the e-mail as an attachment to: su@egroupware.org

Thanks for the reply Stefan.

I do not particularly like zapier in particular because it is not opensource but it must be recognized that it has thousands of apps with which it is possible to integrate a project management, for example:

Integration with zapier could take place step by step as even the other apps do not have all their features that can be integrated but grow over time.
Contacts could be a great start.

In particular, as regards specifically the company where I work, it would be very useful for me to integrate:

1- the contacts between egroupware and freepbx in order to use some rules in freepbx

2- the contacts between egroupware and odoo.

3-integrate wordpress contact form with egroupware todo

4-integrate magento contact form with egroupware todo

at the moment I find myself in difficulty because egroupware is the center of the activity but at the same time, failing to synchronize it, I am unable to modernize and automate business processes.

I understand the problem of costs, I know that development certainly takes a lot of time. As a company, we pay a subscription for the cloud version of egroupware and we are happy to pay it to support the opensource project and for the good service you give but I don’t want to hide the fact that this problem related to integrations is making itself felt more and more.

I tried to login with old username and password but the credentials were wrong.

Qucick answer for the moment:

We have created a great integration/connection for telephone systems. Currently with configurations for Placetel and Asterisk.
Please ask us via info@egroupware.org, or better via a support ticket. Maybe we can do it together.

We have also made the REST API for contacts for this purpose. Our Wordpress site is thus “directly” connected to our EGroupware.
Whether they can then become contacts, tasks or tickets…? Just ask…

You should be able to reset them yourself. Maybe the email address is wrong? It’s different from the one you’re using now…

Thanks for the reply Stefan.

I have seen and it is very interesting I have not found a guide for freepbx or asterisk but I have probably not looked carefully.
I know that freepbx already has something with zapier (sangoma) but if the direct integration does the necessary that’s okay.

is there an add-on module for wordpress?

it is possible, I only have user and password in lastpass

hi Stefan,
i did an online check and i noticed that integromat seems to be another interesting app.
Basically I believe that the code needed in zapier is not that different from the one needed in integromat.
