It seems impossible to buy the PDF manual. It says my fullname is wrong maybe it is only five character long. Must I be a meber to shop at LULU? Is there no other way to buy the manual?

I don’t know about Lulu being the only source. I agree it is annoying to have to set up an account with them just for the one purchase - although I had no problem with creating account.

It is very worthwhile to have the 1.8 User manual. I bought it for staff here to use, and it has saved me a lot of time in getting people using EGW effectively.
