Hello please, if I started business in Poland for sale and support of
online team software to include EGroupware I am permitted to use the
brand EGroupware or this must be changed forthwith? Who is the owner
legal of copyright brand of EGroupware. Does permission have to be
obtained first before. Also later in time what is the opportunity for
partnership for upgrade sale of EPL if the new business achieves the
greatest success?

All of them licensed the code under GPL version 2:

It means in a nutshell, the GPL “license” grants you the right to
redistribute or modify EGroupware code free of charge, but you can not
change the license. So you have to also distribute your changed code!
If you fail to do so, your license is void.

I am to be asking especially if the name “EGroupware” has copyright
and I am permitted to say this on the new business internet website if
I am using sales page for support in Polish language for EGroupware.
Is the name itself having the copyright? Is permission granted to use
Polish text equivalence of “EGroupware support in Polish”? Regarding
later in the future of opportunity for partnership for upgrading to
the sale of EPL I have contacted you now on your email provided.

There are no restrictions in using the name EGroupware.

To call yourself an offical Stylite or EGroupware partner, you should be
one of cause.
