Egroupware/setup reports 'groups' sources gone, recommends to uninstall

Hi,
i transitioned successfully to 21.1.20221202 per instructions (kept phpbrain/Knowledge Base but that’s a material for another question maybe).

While checking installation with egroupware/setup, it marks the ‘groups’ application brown and reports that its sources are deleted (i did the transition per instructions so it would have done that) - group management however seems to still work on my system (groups exist and are editable etc.) - should I:

• do what setup suggests and delete the groups app tables to clear that ‘error’, or
• install something else (but groups doesn’t seem to exist in github repo?) or
• do nothing?

It does not matter if you uninstall groups app, you removed the sources with the apt remove egroupware-epl-\*.

Groups app has not database tables, so no data ist lost.

Unfortunately you wont be able to edit or create new groups.

But the old groups app, also does not work with PHP 8.1. If you can wait for the release of 23.1 beginning of next year, it will include the groups again in the stock community edition.
