at least in 1.8.004.20130322 it still was:
a | b | c | … | all
now in 1.8.004.20130620, it shows
alphabet | all
By looking at the changelog, it doesn’t seem to be anything related;
Egw installed from debian packages on up-to-date Wheezy.
How do I get the a | b | c | … | all selection back ? Or is it a bug?
(looking at the code in FF Inspector, 1.8.004.20130620 has
(https://server/egroupware/etemplate/process_exec.php?menuaction=addressbook.addressbook_ui.index)
alphabet

whereas 1.8.004.20130322 has this for each letter:
(https://server2/egroupware/etemplate/process_exec.php?menuaction=addressbook.addressbook_ui.index)
