EGW 14.1 sync with outlook

Hello,

Is there any howto to explain how to setup the synchronization between egw 14.1 and outlook 2007 ?
I am looking more specificaly to synchronisation of the calendars.

I really need this to switch over to 14.1 and have no idea how to start with esync
