Hi Ken,
Hi all
I am trying to see if the EGW resources module can be used for booking
meals in our cafeteria.
I have set up a global category for food service, with an item named
"breakfast". We can serve up to 200, so I have entered this value in
"Quantity" and “usable”, but when booking the resource, there is no
option to assign a number value for the amount of this resource in use.
You book resources by making an appointment with them, including them as
participant in a calendar event. There you can specify an amount.
Ralf
I would think that a lot of organizations would have a similar supply of
identical items (ie chairs, tables, etc) that do not justify an
individual entry in the Resource Module.
I did purchase the EGW user guide a while back, but there is very little
detail on the resources module.
regards
Ken
