Hi
Guess that’s a question you should then rather ask google.
But in short: You won’t.
Google has a very basic CalDAV implementation which means that various
CLIENTS can access the calendar data.
Google has only a “subscribe” feature but that is very basic and the
update intervals are too long to make any real sense.
egroupware is a server that serves calendar data, the same applies to
google.
They can both synchronise with clients, but not from one server to
another server (bind).
If you are really tech-savy, you could write a server that could do that
by requesting the calendar collections from both google and egroupware,
merging them and sending changes back to both and set this whole on a
certain interval.
But: Why do you need to sync two servers?
You can get the calendar data from both google and egroupware into a
calendar client, ie KOrganizer, Mozilla Thunderbird/Lightning plus
probably many others.
It also does not make sense to have your calendar synchronised on two
servers. Which server would then be responsible for handling your meetings?
Guess you have to decide which calendar server you would like to use.
Cheers,
Ingo
