Email handling

Hello,

I try to use handling email feature, but i don’t understand if i totally missunderstand the feature or if it’s just my configuration which is bad.

So for me this feature convert mail at ....@overkiz.com in bug tickets.

Maybe this config is not correct.
Or maybe my mail are not write as the soft need. So i don’t find help. I you have some links for me to have more information. This could be very useful for me.

In fact when i send and E-mail, the mail just containt the title i want and the text i want without particular synthax.

This might have several reasons. maybe the configuration regarding smtp and pop/imap does not match.

As far as I am aware, the logindata of a user must be equal to the login-data of the corresponding mailserveraccount.

What I am trying to say is:
Emailaccount (on the mailserver) "Name.Number@Mailserver.de" having password “hehe101” should be queried by an egroupwareaccount (on the egroupware system) of the user “Name.Number”, also having password hehe101".
Additionally emailaccounts, that might be included for this user, do not fall under this rule.
