Email -signature

Hello,
I have egroupware 19.1, and I don’t understand what is happening, I have configured a signature in my email account, but when I write an email I do not see it, it does not appear.
Can you help me please?

Hi Bettina.

Take a look at your preferences:

Is that your preference?
This means that the signature is only attached when sending. This still exists for compatibility reasons. In the past (looong time ago…) it was always like this.

Hello, thank you very much for your reply,
I have seen my preferences and it was not in that option, I have also tried with the 3 of them and I still do not see the signature.
I also get an error, I 'm sending it in an attached screen photo. I have tried with F5, but nothing happens. ( I don’t know if that will have something to do with it )

That “error”, if you want to call it so, it’s fixed in 20.1. It’s in fact a changed behavior of Chrome, no longer allowing synchronous AJAX requests from a closing page.

The error has nothing to do with the signature appearing when composing a mail.

Anyway, as there is probably no more 19.1 maintenance release with 20.1 released nearly 2 month ago, you should upgrade to 20.1.

That I don’t know.

I know it’s working for me in 20.1 and it used to work in 19.1 too.

I have updated egroupware to version 20, and the signature problem has been solved, now I see it, but the other error continues the same, I send you a screenshot.

Either you have some kind of caching problem (try clearing the browser cache), or the solution we took and which is recommended in the link you see in the error message is somehow disabled in your browser:

Thought you are the first and only one to report that

Try clearing the browser cache, and if that does not help, try with a different browser.

Hello,

I have tried with other browsers and I have not had a problem, I have cleared the google chrome cache and I improve a lot, the error appears fewer times.
I have noticed a new error, I go to the link:
https://arcolenargentina.com/egroup2020 >> menu >> Administration, and I cannot enter any submenu (site configuration, etc)
Also in the file manager menu I can not upload files, as I did before without problem in the previous version.
Can you help me please ?

How did you install EGroupware?
If you installed it on a web server as an archive installation: Is the installation in the root directory or in a subfolder? Root directory would be bad…

I did the installation of the egroupware 20 version from a page that is included in my server with all the scripts, and that from there the update can be done automatically, that is, I understand that it was reinstalled in the same place that the previous version (I also send you screenshots)
