Emaildmin PostgreSQL upgrade error using trunk@r44302

Just a quick note that the recently modified emailadmin upgrade script isn’t
safe for PostgreSQL:

process->upgrade(): emailadmin(1.9.010 --> 1.9.011): running
emailadmin_upgrade1_9_010()
Invalid SQL: SELECT * FROM egw_felamimail_accounts WHERE fm_active=1 ERROR:
operator does not exist: boolean = integer LINE 1: SELECT * FROM
egw_felamimail_accounts WHERE fm_active=1 ^ HINT: No operator matches the
given name and argument type(s). You might need to add explicit type casts.
(-1)
