Enable Admin Access

Hello Dear,

The admin account does not have access to admin portal. is there any way that the admin have access to complete portal ( such as to manage the complete application)

NO access to this admin panel.

You mean the admin user (sysop) that is created during installation?
What’s “Admin” to you?

yes, the super user that is created during installation also does not have access right to this admin portal.

Hi @StefanU,

All users are authenticated by domain, and no sysop user exists in my domain.

I created an admin account and the admin account have all access rights and now I revoked all rights and unable to login via sysop and admin account is just normal user account.

I am very thankful to you, if you can help me to sort out this serious issue.

Log into setup (https://example.org/egroupware/setup/) and create a new admin user.

If that username already exists in your directory, he will just get the correct ACL set.
Thought the required Admins and Default group get created and their ACL set.

Thanks for your message, created a new admin user under the /egroupware/setup pag.

That’s solved my problem.
