Error connecting to SMTP server

Hallo,

nachdem ich lange die Version 1.8 benutzt habe, habe ich nun die neue Version 16.1.002 installiert. Leider habe ich ein Problem beim Anlegen von Email-Konten. Über den Wizard gebe ich meine Daten für den Mainzugang ein. Das funktioniert für dem Mail-Eingang. Allerdings bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung beim Einrichten des Postausgangs: “Error connecting to SMTP server”.

Im PHP-Error Log stehen folgende Einträge:

Was mache ich falsch? Ich habe den Zugang schon mit mehreren Email-Konten bei verschiedenen Providern versucht. Es kommt immer die gleich Fehlermeldung.

Hallo Steffen,

ging mir genauso. Da ich EGW nur privat nutze habe ich mich entschlossen, die Applikation neu aufzusetzen. Zumal ich EGW über ein Shared-Hosting betreibe und keinen Root-Zugriff habe.

Die Adress-Daten habe ich über Android exportiert und als VCF-Datei in die neue Version importiert. Jetzt hänge ich am Einrichten der Email-Funktionalität.

Mailkonten zu löschen, zB. durch leeren der Tabellen die mit "egw_ea_"
beginnen.

die von dir beschriebenen Tabellen, die mit “egw_ea” beginnen, sind bei mir alle leer. Ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung bereits beim erstmaligen Anlegen eines Mail-Zugangs.

die von dir beschriebenen Tabellen, die mit “egw_ea” beginnen, sind bei mir
alle leer.

Dann hast Du kein Problem mit dem Update der Mailkonten von 1.8.

Ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung bereits beim erstmaligen Anlegen
eines Mail-Zugangs.

Dann würde ich sagen kann die EGroupware nicht mit dem SMTP Server
sprechen, und das ist was Du lösen musst.

das habe ich gemacht.

Allerdings kommt dann eine ähnlicher Fehlermeldung bei der Anmeldemaske
von egroupware.

Und zwar fehlen in der Tabelle egw_access_log 4 oder mehr Felder:

session_php
user_agent
session_dla
session_action

Ich werde mal probieren, ob ich die Felder mit den richtigen Werte
hinzugefügt bekomme und mich dann nochmals melden.

Das hat jetzt zwar funktioniert, aber es kommen an anderen Stellen
Fehler.

Es scheint als ob nach der Datenübernahme in etlichen Tabellen Felder
fehlen.
