Error in opening eml format

Hi All,
I noticed an error when opening emails that come with an envelope containing an email in eml format. I show the error in the figure.

Any tip?

Does this happens with every attached eml or only with specific ones?

That’s not an email you can provide us with, is it?

I can not reproduce that in some tests.

Hi Stefan,
thank you for your reply. I noticed that some emails were read correctly, while other emails are shown by EGW in HTML and if I download the file, the result is an html file and not an eml file.

In my case it was a .pdf, but the same error:

PDF Anhang - Error: Could not fetch attachment for Uid=Array([0] => 1)
