Error when click on Site configuration or other link

i have a problem when click on variuos link on my egroupware on promise.
Receive this error and dont’ open the page

APP --> and varoius link dont’ work, work it only ADD TICKET
the rest gives me the error listed below

In click on ADMIN --> Applications --> Tracking System --> Site Configuration = Work IT

Egroupware version 21.1.2021.07.23 , the problems was the problem was also there in the previous version 21

Is this a standard EGroupware installation based on Docker?

Have you cleared all caches and tried a private browser window or another browser?

Is this the case for all users?

What does the web server error log say?

Hmmm… Docker-Installations use definitly Nginx as EGroupware Webserver.

but I only download the docker package because it seems to me the most complete, but then I use it in standard mode and I don’t install the docker container

So you have an archive installation on your own web server(?). This has nothing to do with a Docker installation.

Sorry, but it’s hard to support that from a distance. Especially not without further information about your system environment.

The problem you show above is certainly not a general EGroupware problem. The cause lies in your installation.

In the case of PHP problems, the first thing you should do is check your PHP version. This should be the latest PHP 7.4.
We currently deliver in a standard installation PHP 7.4.27:

PHP 7.4.28 security update(?)

Optionally, a current 8.0 is also possible. However, minor problems may still occur in rare cases. However, we will change over soon.

please update your installation. There was a change in the browsers which caused to stop opening “actions” from sitemenu. It was fixed long ago. So lease update to the actual version.
