eTemplate Tutorial eror

Hi all.
I want to customize the egroupware addming more applications like booking system, so i went to eTemplate tutorial here the link: http://localhost/egroupware/etemplate/doc/etemplate.html
but i can see my template in template editor in egroupware, and the icon is added into navigation bar, the problem is once i click the icon, nothing coming out.

how to connect the template i created with the icon? does anyone can upload the folders and files they created successfully for the tutorial?

Check your error log. Usually a blank (white) page is the result of a
fatal error.
If you get the application icons, but nothing from your application,
that’s often a non-fatal error in your code such as a typo in the
template name.
If you get re-directed to the home page, that’s a permission problem.
