Exportation of adress book to outlook express

Hello
i am running version 1.000 and i would like to export my adress book to mine from outlook express.
Once i click Download, data are appearing at screen with comas. What do i do with that ?

File save and give it a name ending in .csv. Hopefully it will already
have a name for you there.
