there is a form of input data external to egroupware?
for example, there is a form of to do a other software (php or not) create a contact on eGroupware?

if yes, how I can to do this?

you may either use import_export module, or CSV import for regular, or
initial imports
(creating of adresses in a users/groups addressbook )

I wanted to do a external software to communicate with eGrouware, for I can to input data from this other software. I wanted to nkow if there a kind of connection for this.

you may use caldav/groupdav (calendar,adressbook, some tasks?) as interface
or import_export module for regular import/update of data
