Failed to checkout the svn trunk

Dear all,

    I would like to checkout the lastest version in the trunk in order to write some patches.... but I failed to checkout.

    I was following the http://www.egroupware.org/wiki?wikipage=subversion using 

svn checkout http://svn.egroupware.org/egroupware/trunk/aliases/default .

the message I got is
svn: REPORT request failed on '/egroupware/!svn/vcc/default’
svn: REPORT of ‘/egroupware/!svn/vcc/default’: 400 Bad Request (http://svn.egroupware.org)

Any firewall or other setting should I confirm in order to successfully checkout it?

I am able to reach the address using a web browser…
I am able to checkout the svn at home but not at my office

Hi William,

I just tried a checkout with your command by cut and paste and it works.

Your problem might be a proxy not supporting the full WebDAV requests
uses by subversion (only the HTTP ones). Eg. older Squid versions have
that problem. Nothing WE can do or change for you …

Anyway it’s a good idea to use subversion for modifiying eGW and
creating patches
