In the e-mail invitation this is stated in the text. You could have clicked it in the calendar:
If this is not right for you, please describe why you want it. What is the Use case?

What if i want to invite someone who not registered in my egroupware install? This is an option for partners e.g.

But not show when open calendar. The message that send when create event is contain needed url, but not, when alarm is show up my calendar (e.g osx calendar with caldav), i cant join from here.
