Do you have svn (subversion or for Windows tortoise) on your machine?
If not, there is no easy way.
Yes a test account would help.

I have a problem with felamimail syncing with dovecot. All folders show
right and the inbox got all messages. But the mailbox has also several
subfolders in inbox and in “deleted items”. When I go to “folder
preferences”, I can only see the subfolders in “deleted items”.
When I use thunderbird to read the imap server it shows everything
correct,
and if I subscribe to a subfolder of the inbox, the subfolders also shows
up
in the Felamimail inbox, but not in the “folder preferences”.
The test script (testimapserver.php) shows all subfolders correctly.
other info:
FreeBSD 7.2
php: 5.2.9
apache: 2.2.11
by “folder preferences” I mean
egroupware/index.php?menuaction=felamimail.uipreferences.listFolde
r
(I am using the duch version so unsure about the correct name)
