I have setup a group in eGroupware 1.8.004 and I set the following settings in the profile list for that group:
Global options
profile is active (checked)
users can define their own identities: (checked)
Users can define their own email accounts: (checked)
Users are able to go in and define external email identities and that works fine. However, I have a couple of issues/questions:

when they define additional email identities, those identities become the default ones and I don’t see an option to change the default identity back to the original one.

Composing email you can change your identity to whatever one you want to send email as and that works fine. However, the drop-down box above the folder lists, does not allow me to switch the email account. It defaults to the additional identity the user setup and they no longer able to view the email from the original identity that was setup.
I hope this makes sense. I would love some help on this.
