Hi Daniel,
you are right. EGw assumes that your phone does not support two mobile numbers
and exports only the business mobile number. If you provide us with a fully
populated vCard from your device (e.g. by switching on the debugging in EGw),
we can add the correct field mapping for the C702.
To produce the logs your should change the following lines in
phpgwapi/inc/hored/config/conf.php:
$conf[‘log’][‘name’] = ‘/tmp/egroupware_syncml.log’;
$conf[‘log’][‘type’] = ‘file’;
$conf[‘log’][‘enabled’] = true;
After the adjustments your EGw instance logs in the above file and you will find
the vCard data, if your device uploads a new/changed entry to EGw.
You should fill all fields on your phone with easily identifiable content (e.g.
firstname, lastname, 1111 for business phone, …) and provide us this the
mapping.
Cheers,
J"org
hello,
my Sony Ericsson phone “C702” does different number mobil phone private and
office, such as egroupware. if i use private mobil phone numbers in
egroupware, there dont syncroniced up to my mobil phone. “normal” mobil
phone numbers syncroniced.
in the error log, i found this error:
[Tue Jul 13 09:55:09 2010] [error] [client ***.***.***.***] unknown Sony
Ericsson phone “C702”, assuming same as “D750i”
my mention is that the mobilphone profile from c702 is not equivalent to
the D750i profile they dont have two different mobilphone numbers. aint
that right?
daniel
