hi does not work the file manager, I can not upload or download files that is the message in the error log can help me?

The above points out your problem: webserver can NOT create the
directory /var/www/files/sqlfs/03

Either a problem with your filesystem permissions or open_basedir.

When uploading a file tells me
Error uploading file!
Maximum size for file uploads: 8.0M (php.ini: upload_max_filesize = 16M post_max_size = 8M)

but the file does not weigh more than 1M, and modify the php.ini file and nothing any other suggestions?

and also gave 777 permissions to the folder var / www / files

Centos 5.4
PHP 5.2
Apache 2
mysql 5.0
pear 1.8
I’m on a virtual machine testing with 1.6.2 egroupware

Sorry insistence but now I get this other error is related I guess, I puden give a clue that I have to change in open_basedir, since I do not find that may be because in the gallery if I can upload images without a problem, the problem is with file manager or how? Another question recominedan linux distribution for me now I have Centos egroupware
