the reason for that, as Ralf said is/was, that you do not want to have all
the empty containers in egw_sqlfs table.
Create, by clicking on the filemanager icon within the app: Yes it would be
nice, but is not done yet.

I also noticed this behaviour, but if you have already uploaded a file to
an
address book, inoflog entry etc. through the edit view, you won’t get
this
error message. Is that right?
Thanks for that tip, that does get rid of the error.
AFAIK the corresponding folder of an app-entry in the filemanger will not
be
automatically created …
Anyway, I think it would be nice if the corresponding folder is also
automatically generated by clicking on the filemanager icon within an
app.
What do you think?
I can’t comment on the reasons why not. Could be performance, could
be a bug, could be something that is desired, but has not been done
yet. But I agree, it would be nice.
