Filemanager missing on sidebox

Hi,
I recently upgraded egroupware to the lastest community edition (17.1) successfully.
All components and applications are up to date but I cannot access to filemanager anymore as filemanager is not present on the sidebox.

I’ve tried from admin interface without any success, is there anything broken ?

Hi John,

is the filemanager installed (setup)?
Do you (the user) have rights on the application?
Do you use Interface | Template/Theme Standard (preferences)?

Hi Stefan,
I can answer yes on all questions. From the step 4 in setup, I can see :
filemanager-OK - C Filemanager 17.1 17.1

From the admin menu, filemanager is not present in the applications list.

I figure, it could be due to the upgrade process as I used it from a previous release.

I 'll try a fresh install using a new DB for testing purpose.

Confirmation, something went wrong with upgrade process …
I copy my egroupware folder to another name, suppressed the header.inc.php file, created a new DB and did the setup process without any problem.

What can I check between both install ?

I found the solution but comparing DB’s, an ACL was missing
In the new DB, I have:
egw=# select * from egw_acl where acl_appname like ‘filem%’;
acl_appname | acl_location | acl_account | acl_rights | acl_id
-------------±-------------±------------±-----------±-------
filemanager | run | -1 | 1 | 35
filemanager | run | -2 | 1 | 47
(2 rows)

In the production DB , the same request doesn’t return any result:
egroupware=# select * from egw_acl where acl_appname like ‘filem%’;
acl_appname | acl_location | acl_account | acl_rights | acl_id
-------------±-------------±------------±-----------±-------
(0 rows)

I added both lines and things are backed to the normal.
