Hi István,
filemanager does NOT execute any scripts.
The execute bit is used only to mark directories as searchable.

Dear All,
I try to figure out how the Filemanager works, when I try to use the
Executable bit.
I would like to use filemanager to execute shell scripts in the server,
using the Filemanager.
Is that possible with the filemanager? I expected that, the Executable
bit is not respected for files: I uploaded a bash shell script and tried
to set up that bit, but it never keep the mode.
Did I miss something or this is not implemented yet? (I will read the
sourcecode this night)
Thank you,
István
