When I connect to filemanager through webdav, i have two problems ?bugs?

it gives, in every folder, a folder with the same name of its “parent”, when i try to open this unwanted folder, after sometime my finder (on mac) or windows explorer (on win) gets stuck and i have to force it to quit…

when i connect from windows (win98) with windows explorer, I have an extra (and unwanted) “/hom” piece of url (filemanager.php/hom/home/user) so the folder is not found (this does not seem to happen with my mac)
any one solved these ?
