Files in sourceforge are corrupted

Hello everybody.
I wanted to point out that all the tar.bz2 and tgz files in sourceforge repository are corrupted and unusable. You can download them but you can’t extract them. Only the zip files can be used

I can NOT confirm that, just downloaded and correctly unpacked:

tar --bzip2 -cvf egroupware-epl-14.2.20150310.tar.bz2

What make you think they are corrupted?

Hello
I think there’s a problem in these files because each time I try to unzip them with ark, I get an error. The only file which doesn’t make an error is the zip one.
But in fact I had’nt tried to unzip the files with other tools than ark.
So I tried with tar and the errors are coming from multiple occurences of same files in the package. It seems to block ark but it can be bypassed in tar.

I couls confirm this. There is a problem with ark.

Yesterday I zip an directory and send it to customer. On customer
site, the zip was corrupt.
