That’s supported via CalDAV Scheduling in current EPL 11.1, but it will
take at least 'til mid/end 2012 that it gets available in the community
version (because it requires to many change to backport it to 1.8, so it
has to wait for the next CE release).
It was working with SoGo Connector once via a patch (if you make f/b
information available without authentication). Dont think this is
still the case.

Hello.
We are using eGroupware 1.8.001 together with the most recent
Thunderbird/Lightning. When I create a new meeting in Lightning and use the
Invite Attendees function, I would like to see freebusy information in that
dialog. However, the dialog displays “No information” for all participants,
even for me and other users in the same eGroupware system.
I have searched the forum for freebusy and Thunderbird but get only posts
which are 4 years old. Even Google did not give me any solution on my search
efforts. If I have missed a relevant post, please tell me!
I have also tried activating/deactivating SOGo connector which I use to
connect to my eGroupware addressbook. According to SOGo, the connector
should supply a freebusy URL in the addressbook, but I cannot find such a
field either when I edit a contact.
So my question is: What is the way to go to get freebusy information to work
with Lightning and eGroupware? Is this supported at all? How is Thunderbird
supposed to get information about freebusy times in the case of a) other
egroupware users, b) external persons? How can this be configured?
