How can I make a global email account that multiple users can access
(send/receive emails)?
Three possebilities:
a) EGroupware manages your EMail server (eg. via LDAP):
FMail >> manage folders >> ACL >> click on folder >> add new ACL for
other user/group, who should be able to access that folder
b) Do the same operation in the system managing you EMail server, if it
supports it.
–> folder will show up (in others namespace) of that other users
regular email account in FMail or any other IMAP client
c) Create an additional mail account (need to be enabled by your
EGroupware admin in you global profile: FMail >> Admin >> Site
configuration). That profile need to contains all data including
credentials of the shared account.
