GroupWare Survey

Hello,

I am performing a master thesis project where I will develop an
application within the eGroupWare framework.

I am about to do a survey on related systems. Could anybody of you give
me some hints on what there are out there similiar to eGroupWare
(opensource groupewares) and what would be the advantages /
disadvantages with eGroupWare towards other related systems, such as
phpGroupWare?

Any suggestions would be of great help. Thanks in advance.

Karl,

You should check out two similar systems:

MoreGroupware (www.moregroupware.org)
OpenGroupware.org (www.opengroupware.org)

Then there are BSCW (www.bscw.de), LiveNet (livenet4.it.uts.edu.au), and
"historic" systems such as Orbit, TeamRooms/TeamWave, CVW, CBE, and others.

There are also good collections of links, such as:
www.usabilityfirst.com/groupware/cscw.txl
