GUI does not work after update to current svn revision

Hi Development-Team!

First: I enjoy using your great project

Here is my problem:

Today I did an svn update of your development version to r40644. When I
login I get following errors at firebug:

The GUI looks destroyed to me.

After trying different revisions I can tell you, that the GUI brooks
totaly when upgrading from r40619 to r40620 and calendar chooser
vanished from r40513 to r40514.

Can You help me? What can I do?

If you can get to Admin -> Site configuration, try turning off Minify
in the last option.
I think this feature is not quite done yet.
