Hi David,
there’s actually a warning, if the header is not writable: We offer only
the download and continue options. You first click download to get the
header to your client, upload it somehow to the server and then click
continue.

I was a little confused by this too. I had to click “write” instead of
"continue," and then it worked.
It was actually just the permissions on the file.

Can you throw up a dialog warning that header.inc.php isn’t writable during
the install process if that occurs?
