Help! An eror ocurrs in egroupware configuration

Hi, Im using Xampp to install mysql, apache and php, and Im using egroupware under it, butn when I finish the configuration and make the user accoun, I get an error in the toolbar of the top, where the icons appear, when I click the file and resources manager:
An error happened
SQL state [HY000] [2002] invalid argument
what can I do to fix it, what could be happening if this error ocurrs; PLEASE HELP.

did you check and validate that you full fill the requirements noted with
check installation?

does it change/improve when you decrease the value to control nesting limit
behavior
in phpgwapi/inc/class.sqlfs_stream_wrapper.inc.php from 7 to a lower number?
(Search for nesting limit within te file and modify the % 7 (4 lines below))
