How can 19.1 be installed on other distributions?

I use Gentoo Linux and don’t use RPM or DEB packages.
Is it still possible to install 19.1 without the use of packages? For instance by downloading a TAR-file or git clone like it is possible with previous releases?

For Gentoo I would recommend to use Docker directly:

Or, as I wrote in my reply to one of your other posts, use the development install.

Thank you for this info.
I will try to implement it using Docker, but as this will require more work that I had planned, I will not be able to assist with beta-testing.
