How often the emails are updated?

Hello,
I have a question that how often are the mails updated?
We have the problem that even mails that were written half an hour before, did not update by themselves. Anyone else also facing this problem?

Hmmm. What do you mean with update?

Basically, as in all modules, you set the update interval in the column selection:

You can force this setting for every user as admin.

For new installations this should be set to 5 minutes for Mail.
