Yes, it does. If you’re running apache2 as your web server, I don’t believe egroupware itself requires any changes to get it working. Just be sure your server is listening on port 443. Depending on your setup, you may also need to have it configured in sites-available/sites-enabled. See the online apache2 documentation for more about this and certificate information.
