This example adds the current date&time to InfoLog title:
Create a custom field of type “Button” and put the following into Options:

Date2Title=var subject= widget.getRoot().getWidgetById('info_subject'); subject.set_value((new Date).toString()+''+subject.getValue());

Just combine my two answers:

Set Title to sum=widget.getRoot().getWidgetById('info_subject').set_value(parseInt(widget.getRoot().getWidgetById('name01').getValue()) + parseInt(widget.getRoot().getWidgetById('num01').getValue()));

1 custom field - name01 (type of field - Text)
2 custom field - num01 (type of field - Integer)
3 custom field - btest (type of field - Button)
Options:
Set Title to sum=widget.getRoot().getWidgetById(‘info_subject’).set_value(parseInt(widget.getRoot().getWidgetById(‘name01’).getValue()) + parseInt(widget.getRoot().getWidgetById(‘num01’).getValue()));

InfoLog -> Add ToDo -> enter name01 (Text)-> enter num01 (10) -> press button (Set Title to sum) -> Title empty

Does not work.

You talked about adding the values, if you want to concatenate them (appending one string to another);

Set Title=widget.getRoot().getWidgetById('info_subject').set_value(widget.getRoot().getWidgetById('name01').getValue() + ' ' + widget.getRoot().getWidgetById('num01').getValue());
