I am still fighting with LDAP and I have seen some debug
message which I believe can point out my mistake.
According to egroupware documentation I have copied the
required schema files to /etc/openldap/slapd.conf and
restarted the
/etc/init.d/ldap.
after that setting I logged into the egroupware as admin and
opened the contact page and then opened the configuration.
below is the entry I have
======================================================================
Select where you want to store/retrieve contacts-> LDAP
LDAP host for contacts: -> 127.0.0.1
LDAP context for contacts: -> <I don’t know what to give here
so blank>
LDAP root dn for contacts: -> Manager
LDAP root pw for contacts:->
and during saving the configuration; it gives an error like
******Error: Contact context must be set **************
How can I find the Contact context ? I belief that I am very
near to the solution but need a little help from you to fix the
problem.
PLEASE suggest me. thanks in advanced
