I can not get past step 4 smtp but only for some mail accounts on the same domain

ttttt@domain1.com does not work
fffff@domain1.com works
llllll@domain1.com works

the mail server is the same
the domain is the same
the passwords are correct
the configurations are the same

I do not know what to do…://

Hi Madalina.

What did the wizard tell you?
Normally it is displayed if (for example) the authentication fails.
Does the prefix of non-functioning addresses have something special (special character)?

the wizard to add an address to the mail section. addresses and passwords do not contain special characters
