I can't see user on 'assign to' list at tracker application

Hello,

When I am admin user,

I want to see all user accounts.

When I am normal user,

This is my group.

Is this a bug?

You have to configure tracker -> staff either for all or per queue.
Group names will not be resolved, so if you want to see people exlicitly, you have to configure them explicitly
