Two things:
a) add a slahs behing the url (it’s a collection):
http://192.168../egroupware/groupdav.php/calendar/
b) have you created a CalDAV account (under preferences)? It’s not the
same as iCalServer, which is iCal over HTTP and not supported by
EGroupware’s GroupDAV application.
