Hello Ralf,

After some restarts and some more test I think that the behaviour is as following:

Tasks are replicated to Lightning, phone calls and notices are not replicated. This mostly sounds to me as WorksAaDesigned because the description in Lightning is “Tasks”. Am I right?

Is there any way to replicate phone calls and notices into Tasks or somewhere else to Thunderbird as well?

Is there any way for avoiding that a user can create InfoLog entries not belonging to category Tasks to make sure that 100% of the tasks are replicated with Thunderbird?

icalsrv/inc/class.{personal|system}_vircal_ardb.inc.php search for
’task’ and replace it eg. with array(‘task’,‘phone’)

Nope without modifying the code, you can only add new (custom) types,
not delete existing ones.

Thank you very much.

So I can extend this with any type that I have specified and new types can be created as well. To make sure that I can replicate 100% of all subtypes, I need to find out the keys for all configured subtypes such as ‘task’,‘phone’ and so on. Where can I lookup the currently configured subtypes? (Don’t know whether subtype is the right word in that context.)

If you want all, simply remove that filter, by commenting the whole line.

The only point that I see now - and I think that this should NOT be handled in the same thread - is that there are some fields or field values threaded differently between eGroupware and the Tasks dialogue. For example if I update a phone status in Lightning. The same issues I see for GroupDAV updates for the address book as well where for example mozilla fields get lost when updating an address in eGroupware address book.

I didn’t see a thread already dealing with this issue but maybe I’m wrong. Should I start another thread for this issue or is there one already?

did u check the tasks not being private and the correct setup of ACL rights for task author <-> unterwegs ?
