Pl. check screenshot menu tree icons are missing, is there something wrong ? please guide how to resolve.
Your browser has cached the failure to access the image. Why that happened in the first place is hard to tell: Apache restart, network problem, … To fix it reload your browser (F5) and/or clear your browser cache. Ralf

I take this is a manual installation / no packages. What did you enter in Setup >> Configuration as webserver URL? Ralf

I left it blank (everything was working so i thought not required )
Now used url there https://subdomain.domain.in
Perfectly working fine now…
Just a slash “/” is probably ok too, just not empty …
