Image in Signature Problem

Hello Everyone,

I am new here and need your help. I’ve tried to search the problem but would not get the solution (or maybe couldn’t understand it if it was available).
I have an image in the signature, in standard identity. which is shown in Picture 1.

The image location is the default folder.
by sending an email it works fine. and the recipient also sees those images which are in signature. but, when the recipient replies to that message. then, In reply message, the signatures of my previously sent email are like this as shown in Picture 2.

Please help me out, how can I overcome this problem.

Hi Sheras.

I can’t reproduce the problem here. It works for me.

Two things are important in this context:
1.
Current web browsers increasingly prevent insecure embedded elements.
That’s why in 20.1 we have added the possibility to get insecure (http-) graphics via a proxy using https.
Basically it is not a good idea to run a web application without encryption. This also causes technical problems.

In the settings you will find settings for handling external images:

I’m not sure if this will help you. I also can’t see what exactly the problem is.
