IMAP, folder admin Felamimail

Hi Everyone

I had installed egroupware 1.8.004 and I have PHP version 5.3.10. Everything seems is working fine, but I have problems with IMAP feature. I can send email from Egrouoware (with a gmail account configured), but the IMAP feature does not works…it remains trying to connect…or sometimes appears an error that said IMAP server connection has failed! in red and bold fonts and below said Connection timed out

I was reading the forum and googleit and it seems everithing is well configured on Felamimail and emailadmin

… and egw_pear have no error when i run Installation confirm from admin…

I found an IMAP bug case for PHP version 5, but it seems that it was solved in the following versions…I have version 5.3.10

Also, I tried to create a new folder or a new LCA, but nothing happend. I click on the button create of Admin Folder and nothing happend. Could it be related with the IMAP issue?

I dont know what else to do… any ideas please?

Can you please expand on this?
So your SMTP works, cool.

But does the IMAP not work at all or just sometimes not?
If not at all, have you enabled IMAP for your gmail account in Google
itself?

There is no SIEVE interface to Gmail filters.

I think that you may rather have an issue with Gmail IMAP rather than
with eGroupware. Does it work with other IMAP clients?
Other than that I have no idea.

Port 993, TLS and imap.gmail.com are correct
Only difference is that I am using a newer egroupware version. But that
SHOULD not matter.

The SMTP is cool… no problem at all

IMAP does not works. I configured the Gmail IMAP on Outlook 2007 and it works without problems

PEAR installation package is completed…

I will continue looking for
