Profile_id mismatch

Hi there.

I have a standard egw setup with cyrus imap / 389DS for imap / accounts
backends.
Code base is git and setup is an 1.8 upgraded setup.
Everything is working absolutely wonderfully except eSync (even CAS SSO
is running flawlessly).

The issue :
As soon as GetFolderList is invoked, i get the following message :

xx.xx.xx.xx:3587] mod_fcgid: stderr: EGroupware\Api\Mail::getInstance
(279) Loading the Profile for ProfileID 0 failed for icServer; Account
not found! (acc_id=0) Trigger new instance for Default-Profile . called
mail_zpush->GetFolderList:324 /
activesync_backend->run_on_all_plugins:1336 /
activesync_backend->GetFolderList:143 /
ExportChangesDiff->InitializeExporter:103 / FolderSync->Handle:191 /
RequestProcessor::HandleRequest:128 /
include:118(-git/egroupware/activesync/vendor/z-push/z-push/src/index.php)

acc_id = 0 does not exists in my setup.
acc_id = 1 do exist and is the cyrus profile that apply for all my ldap
accounts.

From where does this “acc_id = 0” comes from ?
Any idea of what is going wrong ?

Good question, acc_id can not be 0, as it is an auto-id from the database.

There’s a preference which profile to use, maybe it is comming from there?

I must have missed that pref.
Webmail-Horde does work flawlessly for my ~200 accounts so i guessed
everything should be ok for eSync as well…

Have my database been corrupted ?
Do i need to re-install from scratch ?

-2 is the default preference:

“G” means use the primary profile.

0 should not exist / is invalid

3 is for user with that uidNumber in LDAP or that
egw_accounts.account_id in SQL.
